Ideal for a family with up to 3 children or two couples, the house offers a large private garden with two terraces—one north-facing, one south-facing—complete with dining areas and sun loungers for full enjoyment of the panoramic surroundings.
Just 2.5 km from the beaches and the charming harbor of Les Issambres (with a 15-minute ferry to Saint-Tropez), this property is set in a peaceful private estate. A short 3-minute walk leads you to three large communal pools with breathtaking sea views, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, and a children’s playground. The area is rich in activities including sailing, snorkeling, and jet skiing, along with plenty of tranquil beach spots.
The ground-floor, air-conditioned apartment has been fully renovated in the last decade. It features a bright living and dining area, a modern open kitchen with breakfast bar, and two bedrooms. One bedroom includes sea views and terrace access, the other has a double and single bed with en-suite bathroom. High-speed WiFi, a washing machine, and convenient front and rear parking complete this relaxing coastal retreat.

Wir (Familie, 3P) hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt, liegt perfekt und bietet eine wirklich wunderbare Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt. Zum sehr großen und ebenfalls äußerst gepflegten Pool sind es nur höchstens 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

De woning is mooi gelegen met veel privacy en schitterend uitzicht op zee. De schoonmaak was goed. Fijn dat er ook airco was. Strand en Saint-Tropez zijn dichtbij. De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar bij vragen en reageerde heel snel op e-mails.

We spend ten fantastic days in the beautiful area of Les Issambres. You are close to nice beaches, harbours, supermarket (5 Min by car), cafes and beautiful towns with typical regional markets. To St.Tropez and other lovely places you can take the green-line boat if you want to travel without a car. The apartment is very quiet and super clean. Perfect equipment for us with our two children. You have an amazing view to the sea and a nice terrace with dining place. There are two big well-maintained pools in the domain and you should try the infinity pool where you have the best view over the ocean you ever had. The pools are super-clean and even with kids in the water it was very quiet. We felt very save in the domain and we know that we will come back soon. :)

We got what we booked, a very clean house located on a beautifully manicured estate. According to us, the bathroom and toilet were recently renovated. Everything in the house functions. The view is beautiful. Swimming pool is a few minutes away. The house is about a 5-minute drive from the coastal road, and about a 20-minute drive from the main road (A1)

A truly lovely place to stay - the villa is immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views from the living room and patio are just stunning and the whole location is very peaceful. It's also great having access to the swimming pools and tennis courts on site, all of which are very well maintained.

Wir waren beeindruckt, wie gut ausgestattet das Ferienhaus war, Das WLAN funktionierte perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, und die Klimaanlage war während der heißen Tage ein Lebensretter, Die Lage ist auch ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Saint Tropez
