Just outside the town of Leende in North Brabant lies this modern country house: a luxurious oasis of tranquility in a beautiful location. Young and old alike will find plenty to enjoy here. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, this village house features a separate playroom on the ground floor. The house has a fully enclosed garden with plenty of privacy. Situated on a rural road with no through traffic, just outside the center of Leende, it is largely surrounded by meadows. The Leenderbos forest is just a few minutes’ drive from the house, and a day trip to the De Malpie nature reserve, Dierenrijk petting zoo, Veldhoven Zoo, and Toverland Sevenum are also possible, as is a visit to Eindhoven, the city of light. The property offers a comfortable and family-friendly layout. All bedrooms are furnished with cozy box-spring beds, and children will enjoy the play equipment available in the garden.

With its quiet rural setting and proximity to forests and natural areas, this home is ideal for nature lovers and families seeking a peaceful getaway, while still being close to attractions and activities.

Het huis en de tuin waren verrassend groot. Zelfs met 14 personen en 5 honden hadden we meer dan genoeg ruimte. De tuin was goed omheind, waardoor de honden heerlijk konden rennen en spelen zonder dat we bang hoefden te zijn dat ze weg zouden lopen. We hadden zelf een hondenzwembad meegenomen, waar zowel de kinderen als de honden veel plezier van hebben gehad. Ook het huisje was netjes en goed verzorgd. Voor de kleine kinderen was er genoeg speelgoed aanwezig om zich te vermaken. In de woonkamer stond een piano waarop gespeeld mocht worden, wat vooral voor de tieners erg leuk was. De pingpongtafel en sjoelbak waren wat gedateerd, maar konden nog prima worden gebruikt. Een groot pluspunt was de vuurkorf in de tuin, waar we ’s avonds gezellig omheen konden zitten. We hebben hier een zeer geslaagd familieweekend gehad en het verblijf is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
