Apartment in Zoutelande near the Beach

Vi hade en härlig tid i detta semesterhem, Värden var mycket välkomnande, och lägenheten hade allt vi behövde, Den var ren och bekväm, med en fantastisk utsikt över klitterna, Perfekt för en lugn semester!

Baustelle auf der Straße vor dem Haus, lautstarke Arbeit dort begann vor 7 Uhr. Man konnte teilweise nicht rausfahren, saß in der Falle. Dies alles zu einem extrem hohen Preis der Ferienwohnung, aber keinerlei Nachlass dafür. Außerdem wurden zunächst mehr als 100 Euro zu viel an Belvilla bezahlt, für die es keine Erstattung gab. Zur Ferienwohnung selbst: an sich (ohne die Baustelle) ganz nett, wohnlich. Achtung: keine Kleiderschränke! Und - im Jahr 2023(!) - kein Geschirrspüler (dafür aber groteskerweise im Starter-Paket zwei Spüler-Tabs). Dinge wie 'Nespresso' werden als Besonderheit angepriesen, ebenso, allen Ernstes und noch kurioser: die Existenz von Waschbecken und Bad. Warum dann nicht auch Esstisch, Matratzen und Sofa? Dass kein Schrank da ist, was man für selbstverständlich halten würde, steht wiederum nirgendwo. Zu Belvilla: kaum direkt zu erreichen (persönliche Erfahrung aus den vergangenen Jahren), keine E-Mail, die ankommt, keine Telefonnummer, nur ein sehr anonymer 'Live-Chat', mit dem man immerhin, wenn auch mühsam, weiterkam. Fazit: nie wieder.

Construction site on the street in front of the house, noisy work there started before 7am. Sometimes you couldn't drive out, you were trapped. All this for an extremely high price of the apartment, but no discount for it. In addition, initially more than 100 euros too much were paid to Belvilla, for which there was no refund. To the apartment itself: in itself (without the construction site) quite nice, homely. Attention: no wardrobes! And - in the year 2023(!) - no dishwasher (but grotesquely there are two dishwasher tabs in the starter package). Things like "Nespresso" are advertised as special, as well, in all seriousness and even more curious: the existence of sink and bathroom. Then why not a dining table, mattresses and a sofa? Nowhere does it say that there is no closet, which one would take for granted. About Belvilla: Hard to reach directly (personal experience from the past few years), no incoming email, no telephone number, just a very anonymous "live chat" with which one got along, albeit with difficulty. Conclusion: never again.
