This lovely 1-bedroom flat can accommodate a family of 4. It has a shared garden and a shared swimming pool in the middle of greenery and is a perfect escape from stressful city life.
The city centre is only 200 m away. Basic shopping is possible 500 m away.
The villa also has a barbecue and there are playground equipment for the little ones. There is a recreation room with a fireplace and ample seating. Central heating ensures a warm environment.

Piticchio is a picturesque village, where you can have fun, enjoy the unsurpassed tranquillity of the place and unparalleled views, surrounded by nature.
On one side, the impassable chain of the Apennines towers, on the other the Adriatic Sea, and in between, gentle hills rise up in a beautiful setting, characterised by a truly extraordinary variety of landscapes. The village of Piticchio is only a few hundred metres from the house. Since the streets of Piticchio are not busy, children can play in the street without danger.
To discover the typical local cuisine, near Piticchio and Arcevia there are many restaurants and agriturismi where you can spend a pleasant evening.

Het mooiste uitzicht en zonsondergang! We hebben uren bij het zwembad gezeten en gekeken... appartement was netjes en had alles. We hadden geen privé balkon of tuin aangrenzend aan het appartement, maar maakten gebruik van tafel en keuken bij de tuin.
De eigenaren zijn superlief en behulpzaam. We voelden ons erg welkom. Piticchio is een superklein maar lief plaatsje. Bakker en winkeltje om de hoek. Supermarkt om Max 10 min rijden. De locatie was perfect om verschillende uitstapjes in de omgeving te doen. We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Zeer gastvrij, spreken goed Duits de kamers waren keurig schoon en netjes, goede bedden en fantastische omgeving. Ook de dorpsbewoners zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, voor ons was het heerlijk bijkomen in een mooie omgeving met veel rust en toch leuke uitstapjes in de natuur. kortom een aanrader.

Leuk huis aan de rand van het kleine Pittichio. Mooi uitzicht. Er is een klein zwembad met veel ligstoelen met eveneens een mooi uitzicht. Er is een bakker (vers brood) op 50 meter met daartegenover een klein levensmiddelenzaakje. Pittichio is een fraai oud dorpje met een gezellig terrasje op het dorpsplein. In de omgeving is veel te zien, en het strand is op een kilometer of 30. Pietro en Birgitte (gastheer en -vrouw) zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam een spreken goed Duits.
