In this cute little K-marked 18th century house you get an unbeatable proximity and views of the beach and water, a lovely large natural plot. On the beach there are piers, volleyball nets and large grassy areas. The sleeping areas are divided, double bed in the living room, double bed in the guest house and 2 campingbeds on the sleeping loft. The loft has a steep staircase, so it is suitable for larger children. To reach the beds in the attic you walk through a space that is used as storage. A fully renovated fresh bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer makes the stay pleasant. The kitchen is small but there is everything you need for a cozy holiday. A large terrace with barbecue and furniture overlooking the sea for cozy barbecues or a drink.
A canoe for two is included in the rent, flýt vests are available. Resarö is an island near Vaxholm which is a lovely summer town, close to water everywhere, lovely nature for walks and the proximity to Vaxholm with cozy restaurants and archipelago boats both to Stockholm and further out in the archipelago's many islands. Just 600m from the house there is a bus stop that goes both to Vaxholm and Stockholm.
