With an idyllic location on your own beach plot, you live in this cottage which is located in Överum, about 40 km north of Västervik.

The house has a large living room with lake view and associated dining area. On the ground floor there is also a day bed in one of the walk-through rooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with both a double bed and a growing bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. The cottage has a mixed, older furniture and several tiled stoves which it is unfortunately forbidden to fire in.

At your private pier there is a rowing boat moored that you can go on wonderful excursions with a filled picnic basket or maybe to try your luck fishing in the lake.
