The area offers plenty of sights, for instance the fortress Bohus fästning, and the town of Kungälv (17 kilometres away), with it's buildings dating back to the 1600's. Marstrand is within driving distance, it is the sailing metropolis of Sweden! This is a favourite resort for the Swedish royalty and you will find an old fortress here. Or visit the nature reserve in Svartdalen with it's beautiful lakes, excellent for swimming. Gothenburg is only 40 km away, here you can visit the popular amusement park Liseberg or Universeum.
