In the northern forest area of Blekinge, only 19 km south of Tingsryd, lies the small community of Belganet. The village is said to have got its name from the bellows that were used to blow life into the fire in the forges that were located here. Here you can experience the Blekinge hinterland from its very best side in a house dating back to 1792 when the soldier's cottage was built. In recent years, the house has been added to and renovated in a careful and tasteful style. The house is secluded and surrounded by tall pines and oak forests, with no neighbors and on a dead-end road with very little traffic. Perfect for families with children and dogs.
The house offers all the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday, while preserving and highlighting the house's unique charm. The center of the house is the cozy kitchen with an old wood stove that works, as well as a gas stove and oven from Smeg.
The plot is large and inviting with several options for socializing. Within walking distance there are three lakes, Nästen, Måsgyl and Husören. In Nästen there is a new jetty with a bathing ladder for cozy and private bathing. A couple of km away is the popular Lilla Galtsjön with its fresh water and sandy beach surrounded by bathing jetties, barbecue area and swing set. The nature in the area is beautiful and can offer both mushroom and berry picking along the wilderness trail and at the wilderness café you can enjoy treats. The house is very suitable for a large family or why not two smaller families' summer vacation.
