Description

Welcome to the green and beautifully flamboyant Flatön, located on northern Orust in Bohuslän and with memories from both Evert Taube and a summer idyll in ancient times that today offers a fantastic archipelago in a modern style. The cottage is beautifully situated on the mountain with wonderful sea views towards Björnsundsfjorden and the small harbor. Throw on your bathrobe and take your morning dip with a subsequent cup of coffee on the terrace. Inside the cottage there is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80/80). Combined living room with TV, sofa with coffee table and kitchen table with benches and a small kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. There is AC in the cottage. Bathroom with shower (water heater 30 liters), sink and toilet. 2 lovely windows facing the sea allow you to enjoy the view even from inside the cottage.

On the island there is an old-fashioned shop, restaurant, kayak rental and hiking trails both Pilgrimsled and Kuststig. If you have bicycles, you can easily get around to explore the different roads. On the way you can make a stop and take a dip by a cliff. But above all, do not forget to pack a picnic basket here is so much to discover. There is a service shop at Malöcamping where you can also buy breakfast bread. In Ellös, only 10 km from the cottage there are several shops, entertainment and restaurants. It is also close to beautiful Lysekil via car ferry from Skaftö. At Orust, there are opportunities for many activities for both large and small. Why not try diving, crab fishing, golf or just enjoy the nature of Bohuslän. If you want to charge an electric car, this can be booked on site. Welcome to an eventful and wonderful holiday!
