In the middle of Höllviken's lovely cottage area, this charming cottage is located on a quiet forest plot surrounded by pines and birches. Here you have only a few minutes down to the elongated sandy beach at Kämpinge and Ljungen for a nice morning bath from the pier. Here you have one of Sweden's holiday paradises within easy reach and only 10 minutes by car down to Falsterbo-Skanör! This cozy cottage Strandwi, built in 1925, has room for an entire family with many nice common areas. In the open living room there is a sofa group, TV and a dining area adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. From here you also go to the large lovely glazed conservatory which has both a sitting area and dining area. On the large wooden terrace there are more seating areas for sun and shade and a barbecue area with a view of the small forest plot's trees and shrubs. There are also some toys and spaces for children to play on. On the lower floor there is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds as well as the bathroom with WC, shower cubicle and washing machine.
