The house is located in a residential area with a lovely garden with lawn. At the back there are two balconies with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Here you can choose whether you want to follow the sun or sit in the shade. The back is in a protected position and even if the house is centrally located, the back is basically protected from view. There are various outdoor games to choose from. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. There are plenty of party games for rainy days. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds and also a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the basement if needed. Since the house is only a few kilometers from the sea and Blekinge's beautiful archipelago, there are lots of different swimming spots! A few smaller ones nearby and then also Sandviken, which is perhaps the county's most popular sandy beach and is often called Blekinge's Riviera. With the kilometer-long white sandy beach and its child-friendly, deep, clear water, visitors are attracted from both near and far. Welcome to live in this house all year round and enjoy Blekinge!
