Charming 1700's house located in Södra Norrby which is a typical Öland village with its densely located older farms. This cozy 1700's annex with a rural location about 8 km outside Köpingsvik offers: On the entrance level you will find a kitchen with adjacent dining area with a beautiful tiled stove. Bathroom with shower and wc. Living room with sofa group, TV and staircase to the upper level. When you come up you will find a large room with three beds and a bedroom with three more beds. On the south gable of the house there is garden furniture if you want to sit and relax or eat. The owner's summer house is located on the same plot. Here you live at a comfortable distance to Köpingsvik which has several nice restaurants and lovely beaches.
If you would rather have some peace and quiet, you can go east to Kårehamn which, in addition to the beach with white sand, has both a nice fish restaurant and fish shop. Öland offers bird watching and wonderful nature life all around the island. For the active, you can also cycle, hike, wind and kite surf, dive, ride, play mini golf, etc. To Borgholms, which is the main town on Öland, it is about 13 km with its many shops, restaurants, some of which are located on the quayside down in the harbor. To Borgholm Castle it is a few more km. In this beautiful ruin you can wander around and feel the wings of history. In the summer there are several different activities for children. Guided tours, alottery workshop where you learn to shoot a bow, bake bread, make wax candles, paint your coat of arms. In the ruins, even national musicians usually perform on summer evenings.
