Lyckorna is a jewel on the west coast that is one of the last classic seaside resorts of Bohuslän. It was founded by the Scotsman and landowner Robert MacFie in the late 19th century. The heyday lasted until the 1920s, when there were both hot and cold bathhouses, high-society houses and summer villas for mostly wealthy Gothenburgers. Many of the beautiful villas of the turn of the century still stand here today and give a special touch.
