On the ground floor there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a toilet next to it. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a smaller living room. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a wider single bed (120cm). In one of the side buildings there is a newly built sauna with a lovely view of the woodlands. There is also an outdoor shower here. At the sauna house you can enjoy the morning sun and on the spacious courtyard's outdoor furniture you will find peace and quiet. There is room for all the family's activities here. Other outbuildings are not included in the rental.

The forest has a rich wildlife and don't be surprised if the occasional moose appears near your cottage. Quite close is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. Boats and fishing licenses are available for rent nearby. The nearest swimming spot is at Hjärtaredssjön. A bit further away is Åkulla beech forests, a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Bockstensmannen grave and Bexel's talking stones. At Yasjön there is a restaurant and swimming spot and the possibility of renting a boat and canoe. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. The area also has Ästads winery and Öströös sheep farm, which offer a variety of activities. Next to Ullared's gigantic shopping center there is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. For those interested in golf, Hofgårds golf club is the closest.
