Following changes effective 1st of July 2025 in vacation rental legislation in Spain, all homeowners are now required to collect detailed information from incoming guests. This includes the full names, ID numbers, addresses, gender, and country of residence for each member of your group. To ensure a smooth and timely check-in, we kindly ask that you share this information before your arrival day with either the homeowner or caretaker. You can send the details via the email addresses provided on your Ticket of Stay. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 140,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
