Further inside you enter a second living room with several sofas and armchairs which becomes the meeting and chatting place for our guests. Please note that the fireplaces are decorative. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with bathtub on the main floor and one with shower on the upper floor. There are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. All of them are located upstairs and have air conditioning. Three of them also have wardrobes and two of them have access to a terrace. A cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of this property is ideal as it is on the outskirts, so peaceful, but only 900 metres away from the ancient town centre of Pollensa at the same time. The beach also is really near and you can go to Puerto de Pollensa, about 7 km away, or to the golf course of Pollensa, only 3 km away.
