Attractive holiday home with pool

Granada and Seville and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are just 2.5 hour's drive. The house is south-facing, has lovely outside space with a large veranda with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, a large terrace off the master bedroom with both pool and mountain views and a side sea view, and there is a private courtyard entrance. There is a shared tropical garden and secluded swimming pool as well as a tennis court. Note: The urbanisations are extremely small, only 18 houses, very peaceful and tranquil with no noise. So, for the reasons of tranquility, this house is not suitable for young singles or groups. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 180,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
