This lovely house is in a tranquil and upmarket area of Marbella in the golf valley where there are 6 beautiful golf courses. It is very suitable for relaxing vacations with family or couples.
The property is on the Aloha Golf Club golf course in Nueva AndalucÃa. You can walk in the region and there are plenty of nice shops in and around Marbella. There are local restaurants 5-minutes drive away and the beach and Puerta Banus are 10 just minutes by car or taxi. Marbella Old Town, Estepona and San Pedro are all a short drive, you can visit the white mountain villages.
Granada and Seville and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are just 2.5 hour's drive.
The house is south-facing, has lovely outside space with a large veranda with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, a large terrace off the master bedroom with both pool and mountain views and a side sea view, and there is a private courtyard entrance. There is a shared tropical garden and secluded swimming pool as well as a tennis court.
Note: The urbanisations are extremely small, only 18 houses, very peaceful and tranquil with no noise. So, for the reasons of tranquility, this house is not suitable for young singles or groups.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
