Delightful, detached holiday villa with a fully enclosed garden, 3 km from the lively center of Jávea and the pleasant sandy beach of El Arenal. Ideal for a sunny family holiday on the Costa Blanca.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a wooded park. Children can play here in the beautifully landscaped playground while you enjoy the peace and nature in the shade of the trees. Admire the beautiful view of the Montgó mountain and take a nice walk there. The hinterland is rich in old castles and picturesque villages where time seems to have stood still. Also worth mentioning is the Cap de la Nau lighthouse, which to this day functions as a beacon for ships at sea and from where you have an impressive view of the Costa Blanca.
You will find the necessary cooling in the private swimming pool with outdoor shower and you can enjoy the sun on the covered terrace or on the side terrace with a fig tree, where you can sit in the shade at the cozy dining table.

Mooi vakantiehuis met alle nuttige voorzieningen. Rustige buurt. Alleen jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was. Het zwembad lag in deze tijd van het jaar (rond 1 nov) ook al in de schaduw. We betaalden dus voor iets waar we niet ten volle van konden genieten.
