The children will definitely get butterflies in their tummies. For the slightly smaller snow lovers, you can enjoy sliding down the mountain. If you haven't brought your own sledge, you can rent one at one of the toboggan rental stations in Neukirchen and Bramberg. There is also plenty of tobogganing fun to be had in France. For example, at the child-friendly ski resort of Val Thorens, you can toboggan on a 6-kilometre-long toboggan run. And you can also do some great sledging here.
Because many of the mountain lakes in Austria are frozen in winter, you can strap on your skates and enjoy the great outdoors on the ice with your children.
