Home Description

Residence Le Clos is in the town of Beauvoir in Normandy. It is perfectly positioned for enjoying excursions in the surrounding area. The famous island of Mont St. Michel is only five kilometres away. This rocky, tidal island is around one kilometre from the coast and near the town of Avranches. The island is formed by the tides. When the tide is out it can be reached on foot. When the tide is in, Mont St. Michel is surrounded by water. There is also a narrow raised road. The island, with its charming stepped streets, is only accessible to pedestrians. Cities such as Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Cancale are all well worth a visit. You can also enjoy a day at the beach which you'll find around twenty-five kilometres from the complex. You can enjoy tennis, riding, wonderful walks and cycling trips in the park's immediate surroundings. The complex has twenty-eight apartments spread over four buildings. The buildings have a ground floor and first floor. There is a central reception area, parking and a free outdoor swimming pool.



Résidence le Clos has apartments for four people, FR-50170-01, and five to six people, FR-50170-06. The toilet may be separate or in the bathroom, depending on the lay-out. All apartments have modern interiors and include a television, refrigerator, two electric hobs, a mini-oven and coffee machine. In some of the FR-50170-01 apartments, there is no door between the bedroom and the living room.
