The park is partly enclosed by a castle wall and shares the atmosphere of the historic town of Bad Bentheim. The Earldom of Bad Bentheim is a sloping wooded area. You will enjoy total tranquillity here. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycle rides amidst beautiful scenery. The rich history of the fort and other places of interest in the area are worth discovering. If you are looking for more entertainment, cities such as Münster and Osnabrück are only a short distance from the park.
Directly opposite the park, you can visit the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play facilities. Admission to the pool is free for park guests

This semi-detached holiday home in Bad Bentheim Ferienresort offers a relaxing retreat for families or friends. Spread across two floors, it features a living room with TV, an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and three flexible bedrooms upstairs with double or twin beds. - The 12 and 14 person family villas, DE-48455-15 and DE-48455-16, have 5 or 6 bedrooms.
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
- The exterior and interior of the houses may differ from the photos. This is because there are several versions of the houses.
- Directly opposite the park you can go to the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play possibilities. For park guests, access to the swimming pool is free.
- From Monday 18 September to Sunday 24 September, the Badepark swimming pool will be closed due to maintenance work.
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Mooi en schoon park, prachtige omgeving. Wij zitten in huisje 137, deze ligt achteraan in een laantje tegen de bomen aan. Hierdoor is het erg donker binnen en bijna geen tuin. De keuken is oud en versleten en de bedden zijn echt niet fijn!! We hebben gekozen voor een luxe huisje maar de huisjes zijn oud en zonder enige gezelligheid. Voor de omgeving zeg ik ja, maar nooit meer in dit huisje

Heerlijk rustig en ruimtelijk park. Het huis was Fantastisch, goed uitgerust en schoon. Een paar aanbevelingen. De matrassen slaapkamers links, rechter kamer vervangen, doorgezakt. Geen opscheplepels voor aardappelen en groente. Dinerborden erg klein, meer ontbijtbordjes. Omgeving is prachtig, heerlijk gefietst.

Goed verzorgd huis. Mooie omgeving. Park is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals supermarkt, lekker en betaalbaar restaurant, leuk tijdverdrijf voor hele gezin, zelfs een zwembad..

De accommodatie was oké, echter wel veel gebreken en kapotte materialen, tuinset, incompleet service en keukengerei. Fijn gebruik kunnen maken van het openbare zwembad om de hoek.

Aankomst was prima, we konden via een lange laan naar de receptie rijden. Omgeving van het park is prima, de locatie is gelegen in een prachtige natuur- wandelomgeving. Als je bij Roompot direct boekt krijg je al een incheckkaart. Zwembad is inderdaad net buiten het park.

Zeer mooi en schoon huisje. Een fijn en rustig park gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving. Er is genoeg te doen in en om Bad Bentheim. Wel extra vaatwastabletten of afwasmiddel meenemen, want de vaatwasser is niet heel goed.

Wij kwamen later aan maar konden de Keycard ophalen in het restaurant. De accommodatie was goed! Hele mooi omgeving om te fietsen en ook voor motor rijders heel prettig
