Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Angenehm ist der Garten für Kinder und Hunde. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die Erkundung der Landungsstrände sowie Bayeux. Weniger erfreulich ist die Abwicklung durch die Agentur Belvilla, die bei uns trotz Nebensaison und offensichtlich bezugsfertigem Haus keinen früheren Zugang zum Haus ermöglicht hat. Der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe ist mit einer Zeitschaltung geregelt und einen vorzeitigen Zugang muss man mit 10.- € pro Stunde bezahlen. In touristischen Hotspots zur Hochsaison habe ich dafür Verständnis, aber in Tracy-sur-mer ist das eher skurril. Genau wie die kleinliche Vorgabe, dass der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe bei Abreise um Punkt 10.00h gesperrt wird. Völlig überzogener Zeitdruck. Auch die 21 Tage, die sich die Agentur für die Rückzahlung der Kaution vorbehält ist unüblich. Diese Erfahrung wird uns in Zukunft davon abhalten, Häuser unter dem Management von Belvilla zu mieten.

Great location for exploring the Normandy beaches. The house itself could have been cleaner - the bedding and bathroom were all good, but the floors were dirty and left a sticky layer on the soles of our shoes. Kitchen was sadly lacking in basic equipment - no serving spoon, only one saucepan lid - yet plenty of saucepans!

Endroit froid (température) et peu chaleureux. On a dû contacter le concierge à 17 hrs car les ckés n’étaient pas dans la boîte. Accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite. Confort: raisonnable.

Het is een prachtig huis, zeer netjes en veel goede voorzieningen zoals een oven en een wasmachine. Verder heb je de beschikking over een grote tuin en een eigen parkeerplaats waar je meerdere auto's kwijt kunt. Het is de ideale plek om de geschiedenis van het gebied te verkennen en verschillende plaatjes te bezoeken. De contact persoon spreekt goed Engels en zijn goed bereikbaar. Het huis licht zeer rustig gelegen. Je hebt geen last van verkeer of buren. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen bakker op loopafstand zit.

Mooi en proper huisje. Tuin proper onderhouden, voldoende stoelen, tafels en ligzetels en BBQ aanwezig. Ook nog bergplaats voor fietsen. Keuken is goed uitgerust met vaatwasser, kookvuur met oven, microgolf,.... Voldoende tassen, borden en bestek beschikbaar. Geen diepvries aanwezig Slaapkamers: 2 persoonsbed nogal aan de kleine kant en matras van mindere kwaliteit. Living: slechts 1 zetel met 3 zitplaatsen beschikbaar, deze is dan ook nog niet van de beste kwaliteit. Badkamer: mooie ruime badkamer met inloopdouche Algemeen gezien correcte prijs/kwaliteit
