We hebben een fijne vakantie genoten in dit huisje! Eerst al een prima ontvangst door de eigenares, een lieve mevrouw die ons heeft rondgeleid en wegwijs maakte. Ze woont aan de andere kant van het gebouw, maar respecteerde helemaal onze privacy. We voelden ons algauw prima thuis in dit huis. Er is een ruime tuin. Wel zijn de woonruimten nogal krap, vooral het salonnetje. Dat zagen we niet als een echte woonplek. De keuken wat groter, oogt ietwat primitief (of authentiek zo u wil), maar al het nodige is aanwezig, ook een vaatwasser. Er zijn meerdere badkamers en toiletten. Ook wat gedateerd misschien, maar het volstond. De slaapkamers zijn mooi ingericht. De grote slaapkamer, met de twee tweepersoonsbedden doopten we om tot "salon" voor wanneer het buiten wat frisser werd. Maar veel was dat niet nodig, daar het bij goed weer goed buiten vertoeven was. De omgeving is ronduit schitterend. De vakantiewoning bevindt zich wel in "the middle of nowhere". Bijna altijd een auto nodig om de dorpen en stadjes, markten, grotten, ... te bezoeken. Wat het meest opviel was de enorme rust die er uitgaat van deze plek. Al bij al een fijne stek, waarvan we met spijt in het hart afscheid moesten nemen.

We enjoyed a great holiday in this house! First a great welcome by the owner, a sweet lady who showed us around and showed us the way. She lives on the other side of the building, but fully respected our privacy. We soon felt great at home in this house. There is a spacious garden. The living spaces are rather tight, especially the living room. We didn't see that as a real place to live. The kitchen is somewhat larger, looks somewhat primitive (or authentic if you want), but everything you need is there, including a dishwasher. There are several bathrooms and toilets. Also a bit dated perhaps, but it was enough. The bedrooms are nicely furnished. The large bedroom, with the two double beds, we renamed "salon" for when it became a little cooler outside. But that was not necessary, as it was good to stay outside in good weather. The area is nothing short of beautiful. The holiday home is in "the middle of nowhere". Almost always need a car to visit the villages and towns, markets, caves, ... What struck me most was the enormous peace that emanates from this place. All in all, a nice place that we had to say goodbye to with regret in our hearts.
