Holiday park Sea Lodges Zandvoort is a unique, low-traffic holiday park, which opened its doors in the summer of 2019. It's located at less than 100 m from the North Sea beach. The pleasant town of Zandvoort is about 2.5 km away. It offers various shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes and a casino. A perfect combination of nature, adventure and relaxation. Not only the beach with its various hip beach clubs or the 5 km long boulevard, but also the world famous circuit of Zandvoort are the background of your holiday.
At Sea Lodges Zandvoort you'll find 100 trendy and luxurious lodges for four to fourteen people, in different types. The holiday park also features various facilities. There is a mini market for your daily groceries like fresh bread rolls, a quaint brasserie, takeaway options for meals, bike rentals (no electric bikes), and various playing areas for the kids. During school holidays, there is an animation programme as well. Sea Lodges Zandvoort is also a great destination for your four-legged friend; at Parnassia beach in Bloemendaal, you can bring your dog along all year long.
From the holiday resort, you can walk to the dune region of North Holland and the beach is just a stone's throw away as well (100 m from the entrance to the resort). During the summer months, there are plenty of charming beach pavilions here, where you can enjoy a delicious meal, relax, and take in the sun, sea, and sand. There are lots of activities possible at the beach. And if you really want to do something different, a visit to the nearby circuit or Gold Club The Dunes is recommended. There are also various events at the circuit. From historical car races to the Zandvoort Circuit Run and even the Formula 1.
Zandvoort aan Zee, also called Amsterdam beach because it's so popular among residents from Amsterdam, is an ideal destination for all ages, all year round. Take an autumn hike along the beach or head out to a hip, summer party by the shore. Zandvoort is known for its many water sports possibilities. There are a variety of hiking and biking routes in the immediate area. The surroundings are perfect to be explored by bike. The holiday resort is also a great starting point for adventures in the region. The city of Haarlem is less than 10 kilometres away. And of course you shouldn't miss a visit to Amsterdam. You can get there by car, but it's much easier to take public transportation, which will leave you right in the centre of Amsterdam. You'll find a bus stop near at the entrance of the resort. The train station of Zandvoort is about 1.5 km away. A visit to the nice cheese city of Alkmaar is also worthwhile.
There are also a variety of nature reserves, museums, and outings for children in the area. Truly something for everyone. Sea Lodges Zandvoort: a diverse destination and an ideal combination of sun, sea, beach, nature and culture.
The modern, detached, ground-floor sea lodges at Sea Lodges Zandvoort are just 2.6 km from the lively center of Zandvoort and a short walk from the North Sea beach—simply cross the street to reach the shore.
Each lodge is stylishly and comfortably furnished. The bright living room, with large windows, features a cozy seating area with a smart TV and a dining space. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and Quooker. The lodge has two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be set up for double use. Additionally, there’s a 2-person sleeping loft with two single beds, though headroom is limited. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet.
Outside, you can relax on the provided garden furniture. Sea Lodges Zandvoort is a low-traffic park, so cars cannot be parked directly at the lodges. One car per lodge can be parked in the central car park, while extra cars can use the public beach lot (charges apply).
A cot can be added as long as the total number of guests does not exceed six. Barbecuing is allowed, but guests must bring their own BBQ and have a bucket of water ready, as open fires are prohibited.
Only dogs (one per lodge) are permitted.
Sea Lodges Zandvoort also offers a variety of lodges for 4 to 18 guests, available as single-level or multi-level options.
Note: From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival. Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay.
Specifics
- ue to the current COVID-19 situation, the communal area in the Coffee Camp (NL-2041-24) has been closed
- Animation programs during the school vacation.
- Pets can not be left unattended in the lodge. Dogs have to be leashed at all times and you have to clean after them. Pets other then dogs are not allowed. Therefore cats are not allowed in the accommodation/park.
- Extra costs (a specific lodge, two lodges side by side etc.) € 37.50 per booking. Preferences are always on request.
- Sea Lodges Zandvoort aan Zee is a car free holiday park. On arrival or departure days you may enter with your car to load and unload the luggage. The car may only be parked by the lodge if you have a disability (NL-9161-53). Per booking you may park one car in the central parking lot. Any other cars, also those of any possible visitors must be parked in the communal (paid) parking lot.
- Groups other than families travelling together can only be accommodated upon request. Contact our customer service centre to arrange this. If it's agreed, a deposit of € 100 per person may be required.
- Groups of youths, meaning all travellers are under the age of 22 (at the time of booking), are not allowed.
- If there is one older person in the group wherein everyone is older than 22, then this older person must accompany the group at all times. This person will also be responsible for the entire group.
- A festival, Luminosity, will take place near the park from June 27 to 30, 2024. It may be busier than usual in and around our park. In addition, a deposit of €400 per holiday accommodation applies during this period. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you do not visit the festival.
- From 9 to 26 August 2024, we expect traffic disruption and congestion in the Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee area due to the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix weekend. From 22 to 26 August 2024, you can only enter the area with a pass. You will receive this by e-mail from us 1 week before your stay.
- Formula 1 will take place at Zandvoort on 23, 24, 25 and 26 August 2024. The preparation and build-up for this event will start a week before. This may cause some inconvenience. It will also affect accessibility and parking in Zandvoort and the surrounding area. Roompot Beach Houses Zandvoort does not have its own parking area. From Wednesday 21 August 2024, there will be a parking ban on all public parking in Zandvoort. Cars still parked there by then will be towed away. We would therefore advise you to travel to Zandvoort by public transport to the extent possible.
- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Das Haus ist perfekt, Küchenausstattung perfekt, Spielplatz für die Kids, im Minimarkt gibt es alles, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestatteten Kreativraum, in dem es unzählige Ausmalbilder und Bastelsachen gibt. Es gab sogar Laternen zum Basteln. Einfach rundum der perfekte Urlaubsort

Die Endreinigung könnte deutlich verbessert werden. Die Informationen zur Nutzung des Beach Clubs sind unklar. Man hat den Eindruck, dass man den Beach Club nur nutzen darf, wenn da etwas bestellt. Es war nirgendwo angegebenen, dass die Brasserie geschlossen ist.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus/ Aufenthalt gewesen. Der Park hat einfach eine perfekte Lage, das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner minus Punkt war für uns ( 5 Pers.) das es etwas wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten für Klamotten gab. Das kann aber in den größeren Häusern auch anders sein. Wir hatten eine Sea Lodge für 6 Personen. Im großen und ganzen ist der Park und die Häuser absolut TOP und empfehlenswert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Het huisje was mooi schoon en leuk ingericht. Jammer dat de zithoek voor 4 personen was en het een 6 persoons huisje was. Op de vide kon je niet goed slapen. Erg benauwd en krap voor 2 personen. Mooie locatie, maar dit type huisje gaan wij zeker niet meer boeken. Prijs was erg hoog voor wat het was.

Tolles Ferienhaus und eine super Lage. Einzigster nachteil das es über eine stark befahrene Straße kein Fußgänger Überweg zum Strand gibt.

Zag er meteen heel erg mooi uit. De accommodatie was naar wens, wanneer je wat ouder bent is het wel even sjouwen met de spullen. Huisje ligt wat verder van de weg. Goed beddengoed , kussens waren heel erg dik, onderlakens waren waarschijnlijk wat klein moesten we steeds opnieuw opmaken.Alles is aanwezig in het huisje alleen de verlichting was wat sober. Het was te donker om bv. te lezen of een spelletje te spelen. Alleen lampjes aan de wand is wat weinig.Het huisje was heel erg schoon en gezellig.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, für jede Frage offen. Unterkunft sauber und mit wichtigen Utensilien bestückt, sogar mit Kaffeecups😊. Das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Strand traumhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert, Unterkunft und die Umgebung, 5 Sterne.
