Details are given below.<br> This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of recreation park de Konijnenberg in Harderwijk and can rightly be called the pride of the park. Formerly intended for the manager, this house has been completely renovated to immerse holidaymakers up to 8. In addition to all the facilities that the park offers, including an outdoor pool, this house has a luxurious large living room, separate kitchen that is fully equipped and 3 (soon to be 4) bedrooms with spacious double beds. The large bathroom has a separate shower in addition to a bath. The spacious garden is well-worth mentioning and wellness facilities will be added in the short term. Harderwijk is a Hanseatic and fortified city that lies on the edge of the Veluwe and the Wolderwijd, about halfway between Zwolle and Amersfoort. The city is known for its location on the Veluwemeer as well as for the many activities the city has to offer, from a wide selection of restaurants to the amusement park Het Dolfinarium. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 210,00 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.<br>This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.<br>Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

De informatie bij boeken klopt niet. Er zouden 5 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn, maar in werkelijkheid zijn er 4 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. Zowel in het vakantiehuisje als buitenzijde van het huisje alsmede de tuin vertoont achterstallig onderhoud. Er zijn ook wel pluspunten. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden zijn prima en comfortabel meubilair in de woonkamer. Meer aandacht voor onderhoud en schoonmaak door de eigenaar zou welkom zijn.

Te vies voor woorden 200 € schoonmaak kosten rekenen maar niet schoonmaken ik heb evt foto’s van alle viezigheid.

Sehr schönes Haus, sauber und geräumig! Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt!

Het was een groot huis met 4 slaapkamers. Lastig was wel om in 1 slaapkamer te komen, want dan moet je door een andere slaapkamer heen. Prima keuken, goede en ruime woonkamer, mooi buitengedeelte met voldoende plaats om te verblijven bij mooi weer. Jammer dat we niet met de auto op het park mochten. Dit is echt alleen voor de eigenaar en niet voor de huurders. Ook het zwembad was niet te gebruiken. Was niet verwarmd omdat er te weinig aanloop was. Dichtbij winkels (ongeveer 5 minuten fietsen) en dichtbij station (8 minuten met de auto). In dit Belvilla huis is een prima verwarming, een wasmachine enz. We hebben het goed gehad met z'n allen!
