The stay was fantastic, Communication with the owners was seamless, They were also very nice and helpful, The accommodation is located in a small town in a very quiet area with a great view, Everything was clean and well equipped, It was worth every penny!

We found the communication before our arrival a bit unclear, especially regarding the Serfaus Fiss Ladis tourist card, I sent a message in the chat but didn't receive a clear response, However, upon arrival, the direct communication with the owners, Pamela and Markus, was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful, We arrived late, but check-in was very accommodating, The apartment was clean and matched the pictures, It was a bit chilly on our first night, but Pamela and Markus resolved the heating issue the next day, It's important to note that the village is situated in the mountains, so plan your trip accordingly, The closest grocery store is located in the city down the mountain, The apartment also has a parking space, If you're skiing in Serfaus Fiss Ladis, it takes about 30 minutes to drive there
