Apartment with balcony or terrace

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Ich möchte Ihnen gerne noch ein wenig Feedback geben. Obwohl wir eine wunderschöne Woche in einem Ihrem Appartments im Alpen Rock in Rohrmoos hatten, gab es ein paar Beanstandungen: Wir erhielten keine Mail, dass wir die Schlüssel direkt in Rohrmoss abholen können und sind extra nach Haus gefahren. Es gibt nur 1 Satz Schlüssel und das macht es mit 2 Parteien im gleichen App. doch relativ schwierig, wenn man nicht immer zur gleichen Zeit das App. verlässt. Oder eine Partei in die Sauna möchte und die andere sonst etwas zu erledigen hat. Die Schlüsselbox ist soweit eigentlich eine gute Lösung, aber 2 Sätze wären definitiv angenehmer. Die Müllentsorgungsstelle war bereits Anfang Woche überlastet mit Abfall. d.h. Die Container waren übervoll, überall lag Abfall rum, sehr unschön In unserem App. war eine Birne einer Stehlampe defekt. Wir hatten das gemeldet und uns wurde versprochen, dass dies gleich erledigt wird. Bis zum Abreisetag wurde die Birne nicht ersetzt und wir haben auch nie jemanden gesehen, welcher durch die App. gegangen ist. Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to give you a little feedback. Although we had a wonderful week in one of your apartments in Alpen Rock in Rohrmoos, there were a few complaints: We didn't receive an email that we could pick up the keys directly in Rohrmoss and drove home extra. There is only 1 set of keys and that makes it with 2 parties in the same app. but relatively difficult if you don't always use the app at the same time. leaves. The garbage disposal point was already overloaded with waste at the beginning of the week. i.e. the containers were overcrowded, rubbish was lying around everywhere, very unsightly In our app. a bulb of a floor lamp was broken. We reported this and were promised that this would be dealt with immediately. By the day of departure the bulb had not been replaced and we never had anyone either seen which through the app. has gone. We hope that we have helped you with these suggestions for improvement.
