Het appartement was ruim en comfortabel ingericht met een groot overdekt balkon. Op 5-10 minuten loopafstand lag het centrum van Seefeld, met een warme bakker, enkele supermarkten, restaurants etc. Van de eigenaar mocht je gebruik maken van de wasmachine, droger, nordic walking stokken, draadloos internet en mountain bikes incl helm. Seefeld heeft genoeg mogelijkheden voor wandeltochten, die heel goed staan aangegeven, sport en uitgaansgelegenheden. Persoonlijk; je kunt beter de appartementen op de 1e verdieping huren i.v.m. de balkons. Deze zijn beter in combinatie met het appartement te gebruiken dan de gezamelijke tuin.
