Sfeervol ingericht appartement Dampkap en vaatwasser zijn aan vervanging toe. Ondergrondse garage te bereiken via lift. Staan veel zaken in van de eigenaar , bijgevolg is er plaats voor een kleine wagen. Het appartement zelf is een aanrader.
