Amazing terrace with pool and viewAmazing terrace with a lovely view and great pool, Seating both shaded and outside with sun loungers, We had an excellent stay here and I would totally recommend,\nThe family live next door to the apartment and they couldnât have been more helpful, Absolutely any request we made, they did their best to meet, \nGood air con and excellent wifi connection, Big comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen, Nice touch of welcome beer, \nThey recommended restaurant Dundo Maroje and we had a lovely meal there, \nLots of people mention the steps but Dubrovnik is on a hill! You can choose to take a less steep walk home or get a Uber for 5 euros, \nIf we come back I would definitely stay here again - so nice coming back to the pool and terrace,

Just great!Really everything was nice about our stay here, but what made it a truly wonderful stay is how one can feel at home in the cozy garden and relax at the pool with a view over the city after a day exploring the old town, The hosts (it',s a family business) are wonderful people, helping with just anything,

Fantastic apartment with a fab terraceAbsolutely fantastic two bedroom air condition apartment in a lovely area at top of Dubrovnik which felt super safe area, fantastically clean apartment and bath and beach towels replaced part way through our holiday, Nicol and her family are fantastic and helped us so much, a big thank you to you all, taxi from and to airport was booked through nicol and she booked two trips for us last minute when we arrived as Viator messed us around, The pool and terrace were fantastic we would definitely come back, \nDubrovnik is beautiful we love Croatia, Thank you so much for making our holiday amazing,

After island Hopping this was our last stay, WE picked the property for the pool although only a large swimming pool great to take a dip and cool off, Greeted with a Welcome drink and a map on arrival by the lovely Nicol and her Mother, Apartment spacious and very clean, Great location only a 5 minute walk to the walls of Dubrovnik, taxi was worth it for the ride back up as there are many steps, Would definitely return, great hospitality, Are stay was only 3 nights and they even gave us fresh towels,:-)

Buchung hat wunderbar geklappt, Kommunikation bezüglich privatem Parkplatz im Vorfeld war sehr gut und das Feedback immer sehr rasch da, Die Zimmer (Wohnzimmer mit Küche (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer-Couch, 100cm Flat-TV, etc,), Vorraum, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten) waren sauer, Das Appartment verfügt über 2 Klimaanlagen zur individuellen Steuerung der Zimmertemperatur, Das Badezimmer inkl, Dusche ist sehr eng und schon ein wenig älter, Wir hatten eine private Garage (ink, Garagentor mit eigenem Schlüssel) vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen - damit haben wir uns viel Geld erspart, Vorsicht bei der Zufahrt zum Appartment (Garage) die Strasse ist sehr eng und in die Garage kommt man nur wen man seine Auto beherrscht, Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (z,B,: Begrüßung-Bier, bzw, Unterstützung beim Einparken in die Garage), Nach 2 Tagen haben Sie die Handtücher gewechselt und täglich die Betten gemacht und auch ein wenig sauber gemacht (bin ich sonst bei Appartments nicht gewohnt), Den Schwimming-Pool und die Terrasse samt Essplatz im Freien haben wir nicht benutzt, Das Appartment ist auf jedem fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Very helpfull and friendly host - does not speak much english, but it not a problem, Fine location up over the traffic and the old town, Little, usefull swimmingpool - very nice for familys with children, Very nice garden - possible to sunbade and enjoy your food/drinks, Only 20 min,'s walk (down) to the old city, Only problem is the small road to the appartment and little parking space, I will highly recommend this low budget place ,-)

We had a fabulous 2 day stay at this lovely quiet spot high up on the hillside but only 15 mins walk down to old town, Great to get away from crowds and a perfect place to also hike to top of cable car with fantastic views over Dubrovnik, Hosts very helpful, friendly and very kindly gave us a lift to the Port to catch our ferry which was a great help with luggage, Vibe in Dubrovnik is amazing and we kayaked around the city walls and Lokrum which is highly recommended, Pool at house also great for children, and a lovely verandah area to relax too, Thank you Apartment Nicol, we loved our stay!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, as that was all that was available, but there were only 2 of us staying, The apartment was quite difficult to find, as the address does not show up in GPS, But when we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the owners who were warm and friendly, The apartment was basic, but clean and had everything you needed for self-catering, The location is about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre via lots of steps, We chose to walk down and get a taxi back, The sun deck is good, with shaded seating area and the pool is a standalone pool, I would recommend for a good value option in expensive Dubrovnik,

Situé dans une ruelle très très étroite je vous conseil d'appeler les propriétaires avant de vous engager dans cette rue car le parking est en fait le garage du proprio et il est fermé si vous nappelez la alors vous continuez dans la rue et la c'est le drame impossible de faire demi tour de plus en plus étroit donc marche arrière bon courage!!!!!! Accueil très chaleureux boisson offerte carte avec explication des plages autours et de ce qu'il y a a voir dans la vieille ville en anglais approximative on arrive a se comprendre, Le studio est en fait dans la cour des propriétaires c'est collé à leur maison et vous ne pouvez fermé a clé que par les volets, Sinon spacieux propre petit coin cuisine repas avec frigo appareil a croque bien sympa, Juste la douche compliqué d'utilisation et beaucoup de trace de calcaire mais sinon pour le prix et la proximité de la vieille ville c'est très bien!! Juste il faut descendre et donc remonter 3 escaliers raides et longs pour aller a la vieille ville donc si problème de mobilité s'abstenir
