Die ruhige Lage / Die gute und praktische Ausstattung / Das Bad nicht zu gross gute ablagemöglichkeiten und genügend Stauraum, Und ganz toll beim Duschen war nicht das ganze Bad geflutet weil der Abfluss gut funktioniert,
