Air-air heat pump is installed for cheap heating. There is an 8 m² covered terrace with patio heater and a large, new south-facing terrace of 40 m². There is also underfloor heating in the annex The house has satellite dish and DR channels available as well as highspeed internet. The large enclosed natural plot is 1300 m² and with open play areas and trees and bushes as well as swings and robust pole tennis. In the common area, there is a football field and a fire pit, for free use. Pets are not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
