A private oasis in Bergslagen where you live within walking distance to all amenities inside Kopparberg. The wonderful Nature of Bergslag is around the corner of the house, which is beautifully located next to the river that flows through Kopparberg. The house was built in the early 1900s and has been modernized in batches. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen is located on the first floor which also has a large separate dining room and a living room in connection. Two separate double rooms, one on each floor, and a single bed that is in the TV room on the second floor. The plot borders down to the river and there is a large and lovely terrace and a separate patio with wonderful views of the river and the surrounding nature. Bergslagen offers many exciting excursion destinations and attractions. The area is famous for its old mining and there are museums that tell about old-time mining. The opera at Skäret, located a couple of km outside central Kopparberg, has performances during the summer season and is well known around Sweden. If you want to go to a performance, it is important to book tickets on time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
