At the heart of the home lies a generous activity room, conveniently placed in the centre of the house with direct access to the covered terrace. Whether it’s enjoying games inside or dining outdoors, the layout invites everyone to gather and spend time together. The property itself is especially family-friendly, with a play hut, climbing tower, and trampoline that children will love (used at your own risk). Even pets are considered, with a doghouse ready for four-legged companions. The natural surroundings are just as appealing. Located in the quiet Grærup Strand holiday area, the house is only a few minutes’ walk from one of Denmark’s most beautiful North Sea beaches, with endless stretches of sand and rolling dunes. A large put-and-take fishing lake is also nearby, making it easy to spend relaxing hours by the water. For those who enjoy exploring, bring bicycles – the area has excellent cycling routes, and it’s only a short trip to the lively towns of Blåvand and Henne, where shops, cafés, and restaurants await. Guests also have access to swimming pools, a gym, and golf courses in the vicinity, ensuring plenty of variety during your stay. Please note: not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, Fenster und Schiebetüren waren defekt, Wärmepumpe ist ausgefallen, Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, und die Betten entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung, 1,500¬ für eine Woche definitiv zu teuer, Würden das Haus nicht wider mieten, Ab 19 Uhr werden in den Orten die Bürgersteige hoch geklappt, Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ weit, steinig und holzig, Die Zähler Ablesung war nicht ganz klar und die damit verbundene Abrechnung war dann auch schwierig,
