Holiday home just a few minutes' walk from the sea, located in a quiet holiday home area near Helberskov. The house can accommodate 11 people, four of whom can stay in the annex, making it ideal for a large family. The vacation home has an entrance hall with a washing machine, a bathroom, and a kitchen that opens onto the living room, both of which were renovated in 2016. A wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump have been installed for cooling in spring and fall. The living room opens onto a beautiful, bright conservatory. There is also a master bedroom with a double bed and access to the second bathroom in the house, a room with a double bed, a room with a single bed and two bunk beds. In addition, there is an extension with a double bed and two bunk beds. The house is located on a natural plot with plenty of space in a pleasant area with fishing opportunities. Adjacent to the house are several terraces where you can enjoy the sun. For the little ones, there is a playhouse, a swing, a slide, and a sandbox on the property. From the house, it is about 8 kilometers to Øster Hurup with shopping, restaurants, and, last but not least, one of the best ice cream parlors in the country. No rentals to youth groups, please!
