Attractively located holiday home with whirlpool and views of the nearby water. The house is set on a spacious 1,250 m² natural plot, just a few minutes’ walk from a child-friendly sandy beach. The charming town of Hou with its marina, ice cream kiosk, restaurants, and shopping facilities is also close by. The entrance hall offers practical storage space and houses a washing machine and dryer. A bright bathroom with whirlpool is located here, next to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, which features a cozy wood-burning stove and a climate-friendly heat pump for cooler days. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Chromecast and built-in cable offering Scandinavian and some German channels. From the living room you step out onto a large, covered terrace with lovely views of the water. Three steps down from the living room lead into the dining area, which has direct access to another bathroom and three bedrooms, all with double beds. From the dining area, you can also reach a spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The grounds are designed for family fun with a football goal and sandbox for children. With both indoor wellness facilities and inviting outdoor spaces, this house offers comfort and relaxation for the whole family. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die Lage und die Wertigkeit der Ausstattung / / Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt, / Wenn die Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück, auf der den ganzen Tag, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen gearbeitet wurde beim nächsten Urlaub noch bestehen sollte, würden wir dieses Haus nicht mieten,
