Close to Marielyst's white sandy beach, you will find this holiday home for 24 people with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and various activities. The house is decorated with an eye for detail. The holiday home is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, built around three separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. There is also a large loft with plenty of room for a couple of overnight guests. There is a TV in both lofts. In this house, great emphasis has been placed on quality - especially in the impressive pool area, which includes a large 22 m2 pool with a water slide and a 6-person hot tub, as well as a large sauna. There are two activity rooms in the house - one with table tennis, darts, soccer games, Playstation 4 pro, and air hockey. The other is the house's recreation room with billiards, darts, and a bar with a refrigerator. The kitchen is large and extremely well-equipped, so there is no problem for several cooks to prepare meals together. Among other things, there are two coffee machines, two electric stoves, two ovens, two refrigerators (386 liters each), and two dishwashers. In addition, there is a 323-liter freezer. There is a large terrace (partially covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer in garden furniture. On the large grounds surrounding the house, the youngest guests have also been taken into consideration with a play tower, swings, and a sandbox. There are 2 barbecues. The grounds are partially fenced in with a 150 cm high fence. Outside the house, there is a large parking area with space for approx. 10 cars. Utility bills and the security deposit are paid at the office. Not available for rental to youth groups.

Poolen var fin med en god dybde, som voksne kan bunde i, Dog fandt vi glasskår i poolen, hvilket var yderst kritisabelt, Vi fandt også glasskår i aktivitetsrummet, / Da vi ankom var al gulvvarme (pånær det i køkken-alrummet) skruet ned på 5 grader, så der var mega koldt, og vi fik først ordentlig varme på dagen efter, / Sommerhuset var ellers som forventet, Senge og dyner var fine, / / I mangler et felt hvor man også kan skrive ris og ikke kun ros, derfor skriver jeg det her,

Positiv: Gute Küchenausstatung, Eingezäunten Garten, Spielgeräte, / Negativ: Zu wenig möglich Handtücher oder Badesachen aufzuhängen, Besonders um Poolbereich fehlen hacken, Der Pool wurde nach einem Tag Nutzung trüb da zuwenig oder kein Chlor drin war, Der Sandkasten diente wohl als Hundeklo und war nicht zum spielen geeignet,
