A washing machine is conveniently located in a cupboard in the entrance hall. On the upper floor, a large attic bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed, providing extra space for family or guests. From the kitchen and living area, you can step out onto a terrace of approximately 12 m², ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals while watching the boats in the harbor. In addition, there is a 24 m² enclosed courtyard offering privacy and a safe space for children to play. The marina area is perfect for swimming, with a large harbor basin equipped with changing rooms and a sun terrace. At the other end of the harbor, a bathing beach with a jetty has been created. During the high season, lifeguards are on duty, ensuring a safe experience for everyone. The location is picturesque and peaceful, yet only about 15 km from Aalborg, which offers pedestrian zones, unique specialty shops, and excellent restaurants. The combination of waterfront living and convenient access to town amenities makes this home ideal for a relaxing holiday.
