Super well-kept holiday home with sauna and hot tub located just 425 metres from a lovely sandy beach and close to the local grocery store and small fishing / marina at Kramnitze. After a nice walk on the beach or sightseeing around Lolland and Falster, you can enjoy the warmth of the sauna or hot tub. The cottage's kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven, fridge, freezer 60-99 litres and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, music system, CD player, wood burning stove and free internet. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast, the last room has a double bed. The holiday home's bathrooms have a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely covered terrace for cosy evenings with gas barbecue and outdoor fireplace, as well as garden furniture and sun loungers. The holiday home is located on a 1200 m2 natural plot, so there's plenty of space for play and games. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
