Holiday home located at Eskov Strandpark, only approx. 300 meters from Limjorden with a child-friendly beach. The cottage's garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book. The holiday home is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room and has been repainted on the outside for the 2022 season. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a smart TV, where you can stream your own TV services. The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, range hood, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer with 40 liters of freezer capacity. Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and washing machine. The house has three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed, preferably for two children (70 cm x 200 cm). There is a cot/high chair. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, enabling lower consumption. The house has open terraces with garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. There is also a closed/covered terrace where you can seek shelter from the weather and wind. The house also has a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages, marshmallows, or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
