Das Haus ist "in die Jahre gekommen" und gehört rundum renoviert, Die letzten 1,2km Zufahrtsweg sind eine Katastrophe, Für Restaurantbsuche ist das Haus zu weit vom Schuß, Ausflüge kann man ausreichend unternehmen, Rudberg Knude, Aalborg und wenn man bereit ist bei den Spritpreisen auch Skagen,
