Résidence Valentin Plage is beautifully situated near the old town of Batz-sur-Mer (approx. 1.5 km away), on the fascinating Guérande Peninsula. It is located directly on the longest sandy beach of the Côte Sauvage: la Plage Valentin.
The residence has a reception office, a heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (open, weather-depending, from mid-May to the end of September), a sun terrace with sunbeds, a jeu de boules court, a basketball court, a ping pong table, laundry facilities (for a fee) and parking. In addition, the residence features direct access to the beach.
Résidence Valentin Plage is very conveniently located to discover the many sights of the Atlantic Loire Valley and South Brittany. Guérande Peninsula is located between the renowned seaside resort of La Baule (approx. 7 km) and the lively fishing village of Le Croisic (approx. 4 km from the residence).
The peninsula has beautiful cycling routes, and the coastal path 'le sentier des douaniers' also passes through here. Also worth a visit are the famous salt pans near the medieval, still fully walled town of Guérande and the picturesque fishing village of Piriac (18 km). You can also admire them during a walk in the nature reserve 'Terre de Sel'.
Would you rather get a tan on the beach? La Baule is one of the most famous seaside resorts in South Brittany. This chic bathing area, surrounded by pine forests and dunes, owes its reputation to the stunning 9 kilometers of sandy beach. Of course there are also possibilities for all possible water sports here. Golf enthusiasts can tee off on the 18-hole golf course in the village of Saint-André-des-Eaux (19 km). Don't forget Batz-sur-Mer itself. The city has a rich history, small coastal houses and an abundance of religious and indigenous heritage.
