The villa features elegant paving, air-conditioned rooms, and a private swimming pool that can be heated to 23°C (extra charge, available October to May with 10 days’ notice). A spacious living room with a smart TV and Netflix provides a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the stunning surroundings.
Set in the picturesque hilltop village of Callian, this villa offers breathtaking views of valleys and mountains. Callian is known for its impressive 11th-century medieval château and vibrant local market showcasing delicious regional produce. The village is a favourite for hikers and nature lovers, while a magnificent golf course lies less than 8 km away. The beautiful white-sand beaches of Cannes are within 30 km, and a large lake with beaches and pedalos is just a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Super tevreden met onze vakantie. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust en comfort! De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en de gastvrijheid was fantastisch. Het huis was schoon, gezellig en goed uitgerust. De omgeving was prachtig en heerlijk rustig. We willen zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Wir wurden super nett von zwei Herren empfangen. Uns wurde das Haus auf eine sehr nette Art gezeigt. Die Villa ist toll und die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge rund um die Côte d’Azur. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Sie besorgen uns sogar den tollen Lavendelhonig aus erster Hand:) Wenn wir noch einmal nach Südfrankreich kommen würden wir jederzeit die Villa erneut buchen.

Uitstekend vakantie huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Airco zorgde voor verkoeling en was in elke kamer aanwezig. We werden ontvangen door de twee beheerders van het huis. Hele vriendelijke mensen en altijd bereid om te helpen. Complimenten aan Jean Pierre en Tommy. Dit vakantie huis is we absolute aanrader.

Top villa met alle comfort en prachtig zwembad en locatie! Zicht vanuit het huis naar Callian en Monteauroux. 2 dorpjes die kunnen dienen als filmset voor de provence weer te geven. Vriendelijke ontvangst door 2 heren die ons een rondleiding gaven. Enige tip aan Belvilla źou zijn om het telefoonnummer door te geven van het contact hier. Pro tip voor de huurders, in waze kan je de villa vinden door villa jen'uka in te geven 😀

I had 14 days of holiday bliss at Villa Jen'uka! The house has all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday, including a wonderful swimming pool in very tranquil surroundings. But what charmed me the most was the warm welcome of one of the owners. Villa Jen'uka is one of 5 'Villas de Tom' and it is Jean-Pierre who discreetly tends to the garden, cleans the pool and even brings you crème caramel or une huile de Lavandin one evening. It's these personal touches that turns staying in this villa into a wonderful experience. If I ever go back to le département du Var, I will return to les Villas de Tom!
