Het huis is zeer goed onderhouden, een op-en-top keuken en ook veel materiaal ter plaatse (bvb kinderspeelgoed, zwembadspeelgoed, keukenbenodigdheden,….). Groot pluspunt zijn de overdekte terrassen, waardoor er altijd schaduw is. Het zwembad is echt groot en de glijbaan is geweldig, ook voor volwassenen. Let op: er is geen airco, en bij zeer warme temperaturen (>35C) wordt het binnen makkelijk 30C, ook indien deuren en rolluiken gesloten worden gehouden. Er zijn lokaal ook veel tijgermuggen te bespeuren.

Mooi huis met top zwembad, leuke glijbaan en ook van de schaaktafel en voetbalbak spel is veel gebruik gemaakt door kinderen (tussrn 12 en 15 jaar). Voor jongere kinderen ligt er ook allerhande speelgoed.
