Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est très bien situé, très propre et entièrement équipé (attention il n'y a que 4 chaises dans un logement pour 6), Cependant, nous avons eu la surprise désagréable de recevoir une demande de remboursement (290 euros) suite à notre départ de l'appartement pour une tringle à rideau endommagée et des taches sur le canapé, Les taches étaient déjà présentes à notre arrivée et nous n'avons même pas remarqué que la tringle à rideau était cassée car nous n'avons pas touché aux rideaux (cela ressemble à une arnaque au remboursement CheckMyGuest), Pour les futurs voyageurs, si vous louez ce logement, prenez en photo chaque défaut pour ne pas être pris au dépourvu par l'agence de gestion de cet appartement!

We had an amazing experience at Joffrey's flat, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the Croisette, the festival palace, the vibrant market, various shops, and eateries, The place appears to be newly renovated with all the necessary amenities, The two charming bedrooms and private bathrooms create an ideal setting for a family with kids, We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay, Our host provided excellent assistance with a smooth check-in and check-out process, The apartment is conveniently located next to a parking garage, making it perfect for those arriving by car, You can easily purchase a multi-day pass at the parking facility's reception for flexible access at a reasonable cost, Many thanks for accommodating us!

It comes with all new amenities (such as motorized blinds and air conditioning) and has a stylish design, The location is perfect in my opinion: a 5-minute walk from the train station, right next to the day market, with a grocery store next door, a 3-minute walk to rue d'Antibes, and just a few more minutes to Croisette/beach, The only downside for me was that it was a bit complicated (especially with two children) to get the keys, as it required going to a different address to meet a third party, However, this does not take away from my rating of a+
