Whenever I visit Cannes for work, I make sure to try out different 4 and 5 star hotels and even a few apartments over the years, However, I have finally discovered my favorite place to stay, Joffrey and his team have always been incredibly friendly and responsive, The apartment itself is perfect, especially considering the reasonable price, The spacious terrace with a retractable awning made our time there incredibly enjoyable at any time of day, The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the Croisette, rue Antibes for shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the Palais, Additionally, the apartment is well-insulated from noise, which is impressive given how lively the area can be at night,

Really amazing location - beautiful patio and spotless place! Some of the idiosyncrasies that often come with many French CheckMyGuests - you really need to bring your own soap (only a few small bars provided) and shampoo, had to buy detergent to do laundry and hang it outside to dry, And no flexibility on check-in/check-out times or places to store luggage, which means you end up walking around Cannes with your bags quite a bit, Communication is somewhat scattered - different phone numbers, sometimes CheckMyGuest app, sometimes (Hidden by CheckMyGuest), sometimes phone, All of them are cheerful and friendly but not much different from the usual, There was an actual person available by phone at check-in, which was a lifesaver since I arrived in the evening and initially couldn't figure out the lock (you have to turn it 3-4 times), However, the pricing is much better than similar places, very convenient once you get the hang of the locks, and plenty of space, There are two beds but they are somewhat awkwardly placed in the same room - so you can definitely sleep three or four people but you should be comfortable with each other! And one toilet, one shower, Overall, I was very pleased that I booked it!
