There are two ski-stations in the near vicinity. Thollon les Mémises has 16 km of ski runs, a snow park and a 6 km cross-country circuit. Bernex has 16 ski runs for all levels and 3 walking routes for snow shoes. The apartment complex is in the higher part of Evian.
