Tolle Lage! Wir haben es genossen, in der Nähe von lokalen Cafés und Geschäften zu sein, Die Nachbarschaft fühlte sich sicher und einladend an, was unser Gesamterlebnis bereichert hat,

Unser Airbnb musste spontan in der Nacht gewechselt werden und Checkmyguest hat uns um Mitternacht aufgenommen, Anfangs konnten wir nicht ins Haus, aber der Vermieter hat sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten gemeldet und uns unterstützt, Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und gut positioniert, Der einzige Nachteil ist die Situation mit den Fenstern, Es gibt nur ein Fenster zum Lüften, was die Unterkunft bei vielen Menschen sehr stickig macht, Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch einen großartigen Aufenthalt mit 8 Personen und würden zurückkehren :)

Our Airbnb had to be changed spontaneously during the night and Checkmyguest took us in at midnight, Initially we couldn't get into the house but the landlord got in touch within 5 minutes and assisted us, Communication was excellent, the accommodation was extremely clean and well positioned, The only downside is the situation with the windows, There is only one window for ventilation which makes the accommodation very stuffy with a lot of people, Overall though we had a great stay with 8 people and would return :)

The Airbnb we stayed at was absolutely stunning, and the host was always ready to assist and very responsive! It was fantastic for the price and conveniently located near public transportation, making it ideal for our Parisian adventures, The apartment was spotless upon our arrival and comfortably hosted all 8 of us, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the spaciousness and particularly the kitchen area where we could gather in the evening after long walks, The place was quite tidy, with clean beds, towels, and bathrooms, However, upon our arrival, there was a strong fish odor that was unpleasant, We were able to diminish it somewhat by ventilating the apartment, It was unexpected to have a room in the basement that had a damp and musty smell, One of the room's fans was not functioning, making it impossible to ventilate that room, Overall, our experience was positive, and having 3 showers and 2 toilets for our group of 12 was very convenient, The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook with plenty of pots, plates, etc, This location is one of the best we've seen during our pre-booking research, so I highly recommend it, It's very close to the Metro,

Our group had a great time staying here, the location is convenient with the metro nearby and within walking distance of some great bars and cafes, It did get quite hot during our stay, even though there were a couple of fans, it might be worth considering adding more for the peak of summer, The place was spotless, check-in was smooth, the bathrooms were lovely, Overall, we couldn't find much to complain about, the place lived up to its description, Thank you!

The lack of adequate ventilation in the room, along with non-functional plug sockets and a single window, made the space uncomfortable and stuffy during the night, It would be beneficial for the establishment to consider installing air conditioning, The lower level room had a noticeable moldy smell and was not suitable for use, Limited storage and preparation space for food was challenging, especially for someone with dietary restrictions like celiac disease,

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Paris, It is just a few minutes away from the metro, providing easy access to all the main sights, We were a group of 10 people, and the apartment was able to comfortably accommodate all of us, It was equipped with everything we required, The only thing I would recommend is to have air conditioning or better fans for improved air circulation, If I return to Paris, I will definitely choose to stay there again,

I had seen some negative feedback online about checkmyguest, This accommodation is different from what others have complained about, It was extremely tidy, pleasant, and accommodated 9 people comfortably, (4 adults and 5 children aged 11-20), The apartment can feel a bit stuffy, but we resolved this by opening the window and using fans, which made us very comfortable, The temperature outside was between 55-60 degrees during our stay, It might get quite warm here in the summer, but it was perfect for spring, It offered great value for our large group, The location is super close to the metro, and we felt secure in this area,

Fantastic apartment and great location, I felt extremely comfortable here, even though it can be a bit tight for 10 people since both sofa beds in the living room need to be arranged- but it's very simple to do and they can be folded back during the day for extra space! Overall, a very clean and organized apartment with lots of towels, Highly recommended :)

The location of this place is fantastic, It is very neat and easy to coordinate access to the building, The kitchen facilities are good and the furniture is comfortable, It can get a bit warm and stuffy with all 12 people, but overall, we had a fantastic stay!

The communication was excellent, we could drop our luggage off early and explore the neighborhood until check-in was ready, The area is near many wonderful cafes, restaurants, and markets to stock the kitchen, The subway is also nearby, making it easy to get around, The property was luxurious with a beautiful interior design and ample space for groups, However, I found the lack of air circulation and absence of air conditioning to be problematic, Following a severe heatwave in July, it was extremely hot and humid indoors with no way to cool down, While there is one window that can be opened and some small fans to help with airflow, it remains challenging during hot days, The lower-level room was pleasant but also affected by humidity, making it unusable, The extreme heatwave was beyond their control, so I'm sure it's perfect during cooler times, We were initially missing pillowcases, duvet covers, and a hairdryer, but all were promptly provided after a single phone call, Despite the challenges, we still had a pleasant stay and made the most of it, The property offers great value, the heat was the only drawback, Perhaps we are just a bit spoiled and accustomed to hotel comforts, haha, If you're less demanding than us, don't hesitate to book - it's truly a lovely place,

For the price, space, and location, this place is amazing! We had an issue that needed attention after the first night, and Joffrey quickly resolved it, There were a few small imperfections (a blocked drain in the shower and broken fans), but they didn't significantly impact our overall experience at the place, Just keep in mind that the unit is on the ground floor and the windows face a (very, very quiet) street, Since it was warm in Paris during our stay, it would have been nice to keep the windows open for some fresh air, but it felt unsafe to have them open to the street,

The apartment is well suited for a group, One downside is that there is only one window, which can be a disadvantage in high temperatures during the summer, A dishwasher would have been good,

Such a tidy apartment and the beds are larger than doubles, which was perfect because two people were in each bed during our stay and there was plenty of space! Housing conforms to the advertisement and practical for 1 week: spacious, well located (close to metro and shops), rather well equipped (although a dishwasher would be welcome), We had a good stay in this apartment :) however, we were contacted several times for noise disturbances coming from our accommodation while we were simply having dinner (a meal with 6 people, it inevitably makes a little noise but nothing normally disturbing,,), there are also a few missing glasses and spoons, We recommend this accommodation for an urban stay! The self check-in and check-out are really pleasant, as well as having a code to access the apartment (and not keys that could be lost),
