Fantastic location, Situated in the heart of the city with numerous fascinating attractions nearby, A metro station close by provides convenient transportation options, Though a bit pricey considering the size of the lodging, it's generally satisfactory, The initial impression was marred by the unclean alleyway/street and the foul odor in the narrow entrance/lobby, which should be rectified for upcoming guests, The actual room was neat and well-organized, The host was prompt in responding to messages,

Amazing location, extremely useful guidance provided by Joffrey, All the bars, restaurants, and cafes we visited were within a 20-minute walk, The shower and sink may have drainage issues, but the location makes up for it, There is also a pharmacy and shop conveniently located right outside, Experience Paris like a local by staying in this accommodation!

Extremely centrally located in Paris, amazing location very close to the Louvre, a major metro station and plenty of restaurants, The bed was extremely comfortable, however, the apartment itself is more akin to the size of a very compact hotel room, The bathroom sink had poor drainage and there was no room to unpack a suitcase, only space to hang clothes in a closet, minor inconveniences that we managed to work around, The narrow, twisting staircase made it unpleasant to carry luggage up, but this was clearly stated in the information provided, The individual responsible for the property made an effort to reach out to us via text to ensure that everything was satisfactory during our stay, While a bit expensive for the size of the accommodation, the location justifies the cost, I was a bit let down by the need to pay an extra $40 Euro to check in 3 hours early, The property had already been cleaned and prepared by that time, I opted to check out at 5,30am instead of the usual 10am checkout time, so it would have been appreciated if the difference in check-in/check-out times had been accommodated,

The flat was ideal for my solo trip, the area is charming, tidy, and contemporary, It's within walking distance to fantastic restaurants (just below), the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and many other attractions, The host is proactive in ensuring your stay is perfect ☺️

Lovely and conveniently located accommodation, It is quite small but perfect for two people, if you don't spend much time in the hotel, Sadly, the entrance area gives off a haunted house vibe, The room is on the 3rd floor, with a small spiral staircase and no elevator, Since we arrived with two large suitcases, it would have been nice to have been informed about this, There was a urine smell in the stairwell and it was sticky, However, this could be typical of Paris - I'm not sure, Additionally, our bedding was not properly dried, which made everything in the tiny room feel damp and unpleasant, including our clothes, It's a shame, as it doesn't have to be that way, The shower only had hot or warm water, so in the humid room in the middle of summer, not even a refreshing cold shower was possible, On a positive note, the communication with the host was good, Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't choose to stay again,

The price was $50 per night more than we had budgeted for last minute,,, Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, The location was excellent,,, We would probably stay there again if the price was lower,,, It appears to be quite a bit higher than the market
