The flat was incredibly comfortable and we felt at home, The cleanliness was top-notch, A major plus was the location of the flat, near numerous metro/bus stops and in a very picturesque district, The host was extremely amicable, considerate and the directions were unambiguous and the entry was straightforward,

I had a pleasant stay at this location, The description of the place is accurate - I was astonished by its size! The place is secured with straightforward access instructions, It's only a short walk away from the train station, I found the staff to be communicative and helpful, The place is clean and well-maintained - this includes the kitchen, living area, bathroom, etc, It would be great if they could provide blackout curtains for those times when the sun is still up late in the day, it might improve the sleep quality, However, it's not a major issue if you have an eyemask, The room can get quite warm (itâs summer in France/Europe), but they do provide an electric fan, Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and will definitely book again!

Our second stay in a Paris AirBNB was in this location, after having spent some time in the Latin Quarter, This place is fantastic, it's a lot calmer, less rushed with ample food options, bakeries, and supermarkets just around the corner, The metro station is only a short walk away, making everything else easily accessible, We particularly enjoyed the distinct kitchen area and a separate toilet, Everything worked as promised,

It's a truly comfortable and snug place to reside in Paris

Location is excellent and I highly endorse it

Beautiful apartment, light and cozy! Located in a very good place, nearby there are shops, cafes, metro, Eiffel Tower and many attractions within walking distance, 10-15 minutes walk and you are there! There were no problems with check-in and check-out, everything is very convenient, I am delighted, I was very comfortable, it felt like I was at home :) I was happy to stay here and will be happy to come back again! I would love to live there with pleasure :)

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy buena, Donde encontrarás muchos restaurantes, cafeterías y panaderías cerca, Puedes comer hasta tarde en algunos de ellos porque algunos cierran tarde, La zona estaba segura al menos durante las fechas de mi estancia no tuve ningún inconveniente, era una mujer sola y caminaba desde el metro que está muy cerca de la estación de cambrone, Tengo que destacar que el edificio tiene un ascensor operativo que me pareció excelente para el tema del equipaje ya que es un séptimo piso y el edificio estaba bien cuidado, Todo estaba limpio y el auto check-in fue excelente, Lo único que no me gustó fue la comodidad de las camas ya que ambas son sofás cama por lo que ninguna era cómoda para dormir y descansar de la mejor manera por el precio pagado, Sin embargo, eso fue lo único, todo lo demás fue excelente,

Merci beaucoup à Joffrey pour notre séjour, Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, L'hôte est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions très rapidement, Il est également bien situé avec une sortie de métro à 4 minutes à pied ! Les explications sur le logement sont claires et précises, L'accès à l'appartement se fait de manière autonome et c'est très facile, il suffit de suivre les indications envoyées par l'hôte, L'immeuble est calme et l'appartement est très lumineux, Il dispose de 2 lits ce qui est pratique, Il y a une excellente boulangerie pâtisserie à proximité (Le Moulin de la Croix Nivert) !
